WeTalk is built for genuine conversations and meaningful connections. These guidelines explain the behavior we expect from everyone who uses our community.

1. Our Community

WeTalk is designed to help people discover new connections and communicate through chat, audio and video.

A healthy community depends on users treating each other with basic respect, honesty and consideration. These Community Guidelines apply to everyone using WeTalk, including users participating through supported host and agency programs.

The simple rule: Treat people on WeTalk the way you would expect to be treated yourself.

2. Respectful Communication

Conversations should remain respectful even when people disagree, lose interest or decide not to continue an interaction.

Be Respectful

Communicate without insulting, threatening or intentionally humiliating another person.

Respect Boundaries

If someone does not want to continue a conversation, respect their decision.

Communicate Honestly

Avoid deliberately misleading people about who you are or why you are contacting them.

Keep It Safe

Do not use conversations to pressure, exploit or manipulate another person.

3. Authentic Profiles & Identity

WeTalk works best when users can trust that profiles represent real people and genuine intentions.

Do

  • Use accurate information about yourself.
  • Use photographs that you have the right to use.
  • Keep your profile information reasonably current.
  • Be transparent when communicating with others.

Don't

  • Impersonate another person.
  • Create fake identities to deceive other users.
  • Use another person's photographs without permission.
  • Misrepresent your relationship, financial or professional status to defraud someone.

4. Harassment, Abuse & Threats

WeTalk does not permit behavior intended to intimidate, threaten, repeatedly harass or deliberately cause harm to another user.

This includes:

  • Repeated unwanted contact after someone asks you to stop.
  • Threats of violence or physical harm.
  • Targeted harassment.
  • Blackmail or coercion.
  • Sharing private information to intimidate another person.
  • Persistent abusive or degrading behavior.

If you feel threatened: End the interaction, block the person where possible and contact the appropriate authorities if you believe there is an immediate risk of harm.

5. Sexual Safety & Exploitation

WeTalk does not permit sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking or non-consensual sexual behavior.

Users must not use the platform to pressure another person into sexual activity or to obtain, distribute or threaten to distribute intimate material without appropriate consent.

  • No sexual exploitation.
  • No sexual coercion or threats.
  • No trafficking or facilitation of exploitation.
  • No non-consensual intimate content.
  • No sexual extortion or blackmail.

Any serious violation may result in immediate platform action and may be referred to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

6. Protection of Minors

WeTalk is not intended for individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement applicable to the service.

Any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.

Zero tolerance: Do not use WeTalk to request, create, distribute, promote or facilitate sexual content involving minors. Suspected exploitation may be reported to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

If you believe a minor is at risk, report the issue immediately through available platform reporting channels or contact the appropriate authorities.

7. Scams, Fraud & Financial Manipulation

WeTalk should never be used to deceive users for financial or personal gain.

Examples include:

  • Fake investment opportunities.
  • Requests for money based on fabricated emergencies.
  • Impersonation of businesses, celebrities or other individuals.
  • Phishing links or attempts to obtain account credentials.
  • Requests for OTPs, passwords, PINs or banking information.
  • Payment manipulation or fraudulent transactions.
  • Fake offers designed to obtain money or sensitive information.

Safety tip: Never send money or disclose banking credentials simply because someone you met on WeTalk asks you to do so.

8. Content Standards

Content shared on WeTalk should comply with applicable law, these Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service.

Users should not post or share:

  • Illegal content or instructions for illegal activity.
  • Threatening or violent content.
  • Content that facilitates fraud or scams.
  • Non-consensual private or intimate material.
  • Content exploiting or sexualizing minors.
  • Malware, phishing links or harmful technical content.
  • Spam or repetitive unwanted promotional content.

WeTalk may restrict or remove content that violates these guidelines or applicable requirements.

9. Spam, Automation & Platform Manipulation

Users should not manipulate WeTalk's systems or artificially create activity in ways that undermine the platform or other users' experience.

  • Do not send large volumes of unsolicited messages.
  • Do not operate unauthorized bots or automation.
  • Do not create accounts to evade restrictions.
  • Do not artificially manipulate engagement or activity.
  • Do not exploit bugs or security vulnerabilities.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with platform operations.

Hosts and agencies are also expected to follow any additional operational rules applicable to their programs.

10. Reporting & Blocking

If another user violates these guidelines, you can use available reporting or blocking functionality where provided.

When Reporting

  • Explain what happened as clearly as possible.
  • Include relevant account or conversation information.
  • Provide transaction details when reporting a payment-related issue.
  • Do not knowingly submit false reports.

Reports may be reviewed to determine whether further action is appropriate. We may request additional information when necessary.

11. How We Enforce These Guidelines

When we identify or receive reports about behavior that may violate our policies, we may review the relevant information and take appropriate action.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

  • Removing or restricting content.
  • Issuing warnings.
  • Restricting specific features.
  • Temporarily suspending an account.
  • Permanently terminating an account.
  • Restricting host or agency participation.
  • Taking other measures necessary for platform safety.

Serious violations may result in immediate action. Where required or permitted by law, relevant matters may also be reported to appropriate authorities.

Enforcement decisions depend on context. We may consider the nature, severity, frequency and available evidence relating to a reported violation.

12. Safety Beyond the App

WeTalk can provide tools for discovering and communicating with people, but users remain responsible for decisions they make outside the platform.

If you decide to meet someone offline:

  • Choose a public location.
  • Tell someone you trust where you are going.
  • Arrange your own transportation where possible.
  • Do not share sensitive financial information.
  • Leave if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

13. Hosts & Agencies

Hosts and agencies participating in WeTalk have additional responsibilities because of their role within the platform.

  • Communicate honestly with users.
  • Follow applicable platform rules.
  • Do not manipulate users into unnecessary transactions.
  • Do not make misleading earning or platform claims.
  • Do not engage in abusive, fraudulent or exploitative behavior.
  • Follow applicable verification and withdrawal requirements.

Violations may affect participation in the applicable host or agency program.

14. Your Responsibility

Every member contributes to the quality of the WeTalk community.

Before sending a message, starting a call, sharing content or continuing an interaction, consider whether your behavior respects the other person's boundaries and safety.

If something feels wrong, you do not have to continue the conversation. You can leave, block, report or contact support.
