1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to WeTalk. By accessing, registering for or using WeTalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced in these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the WeTalk platform.

These Terms apply to the WeTalk website, mobile application and other services made available by WeTalk from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must satisfy the minimum age and other eligibility requirements applicable to use WeTalk in your jurisdiction.

By using WeTalk, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the service.

3. Account Registration & Security

Certain features of WeTalk require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your information reasonably updated.

Account Security

• Do not share your account with another person.
• Do not sell, rent or transfer your account.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

4. Profiles & User Information

WeTalk allows users to create profiles and share selected information with other users.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you publish is accurate and does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

You Must Not

• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Create a misleading or fraudulent identity.
• Use another person's photographs without authorization.
• Publish content intended to deceive or defraud users.
• Use WeTalk to facilitate unlawful activities.

5. Chat, Audio & Video Communication

WeTalk provides tools for real-time communication, including text chat, audio calls and video calls.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users and for the information you choose to share.

Respectful Communication

Users are expected to communicate respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, threats, abuse, intimidation, exploitation and other harmful conduct are not permitted.

If you encounter inappropriate or suspicious behavior, you should use available reporting or blocking tools or contact support.

6. Coins, Purchases & Payments

WeTalk may provide virtual coins, credits or other paid features that can be used for eligible interactions or services within the platform.

Purchases

Prices, packages and available purchase options may vary and may be displayed within the application or applicable payment interface.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or app-store payment systems.

Virtual Coins

• Coins are intended for use within the WeTalk platform.
• Coins are not intended to represent real-world currency.
• Coins may not be sold, transferred or exchanged outside permitted WeTalk functionality.
• Available features and coin requirements may change.

Refunds

Refunds, cancellations and payment disputes are subject to the applicable purchase terms, payment provider policies, app-store rules and applicable law.

7. Hosts & Agency Program

WeTalk may provide separate programs for eligible hosts and agencies.

Participation may require an application, verification, approval or other onboarding requirements.

Host Responsibilities

• Provide truthful onboarding information.
• Follow WeTalk community and platform rules.
• Communicate with users responsibly.
• Follow applicable payment and withdrawal requirements.
• Do not manipulate platform activity or transactions.

Agency Responsibilities

Agencies participating in the platform are responsible for managing their participating hosts in accordance with WeTalk policies and applicable requirements.

WeTalk may modify, suspend or terminate participation in a host or agency program when required for safety, compliance, fraud prevention or other legitimate operational reasons.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use WeTalk to engage in activities that violate applicable laws, these Terms or the safety of other users.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Fraud, scams or deceptive activities.
• Impersonation or identity theft.
• Harassment, threats or intimidation.
• Sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Content involving exploitation of minors.
• Non-consensual intimate or private content.
• Spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• Malware, phishing or other harmful technical activity.
• Attempts to bypass platform security.
• Manipulation of coins, payments or platform systems.
• Automated activity that violates platform rules.
• Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

9. User Content

Users may submit profile photographs, descriptions, messages and other content through WeTalk.

You retain applicable rights in content that you own. However, by submitting content to WeTalk, you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, display and process that content to operate the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content you upload.

WeTalk may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable policies, legal requirements or platform safety standards.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms.
• Protect users or the platform.
• Investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
• Address security concerns.
• Comply with legal requirements.
• Prevent misuse of platform functionality.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, certain actions may be taken without prior notice.

If your account is terminated, you must stop using the service and must not create another account to circumvent the termination.

11. Intellectual Property

The WeTalk name, branding, logos, application interface, website design, software, graphics, text, functionality and other platform materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, sell or commercially exploit WeTalk's proprietary materials or functionality.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of WeTalk intellectual property to you.

12. Third-Party Services

WeTalk may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, communications, authentication, app distribution and other infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies and requirements. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms.

13. Service Disclaimer

WeTalk is provided as a platform for social communication and connection. We do not guarantee that you will find a particular person, relationship, interaction or result through the platform.

Profiles and information provided by users may not always be accurate, complete or independently verified.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment when communicating with or meeting people they discover through the platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeTalk and its operators, service providers and affiliates will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform.

This includes losses arising from user interactions, third-party services, temporary service interruptions, unauthorized access or content provided by other users, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the service or infringement of another person's rights.
