WeTalk is a social communication platform designed to help users discover profiles, connect with other users and communicate through available platform features such as real-time chat, audio calls and video calls. Information displayed on the website or application is provided for general informational and platform-use purposes.
While WeTalk aims to provide a reliable, secure and useful experience, we do not represent or guarantee that every aspect of the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free or suitable for every individual user or situation. Platform functionality may depend on technical infrastructure, internet connectivity, device compatibility, third-party services and other circumstances outside our direct control.
Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment when communicating with other people and when deciding what information, content or personal details they choose to share through the platform.
02 Platform & Services
WeTalk may provide different communication and account-related features from time to time. These may include profile discovery, messaging, audio communication, video communication, notifications, wallet functionality, coin-based interactions and other related features.
Features may be introduced, modified, restricted, suspended or discontinued as part of product development, technical maintenance, operational requirements, regulatory requirements or other legitimate business reasons. The availability of a particular feature should therefore not be understood as a permanent guarantee that the feature will remain available.
We may also establish usage limits, verification requirements, eligibility requirements or other controls to maintain the functionality, security and integrity of the platform.
03 User Content & Information
WeTalk may allow users to create, upload, transmit or share information and content, including profile information, photographs, messages and other forms of communication. Such content may be created or provided by users and should not automatically be treated as information verified or endorsed by WeTalk.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the information and content they submit or share. Users should not upload or communicate content that violates applicable law, infringes another person's rights, contains malicious material, impersonates another person, or violates WeTalk's Terms, Community Guidelines or other applicable policies.
WeTalk does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity or completeness of every user-created profile or communication. Users should independently exercise appropriate caution when interacting with other users.
04 User Interactions
WeTalk provides communication tools that may allow users to interact with people they do not personally know. Any relationship, conversation, meeting, communication or transaction between users is undertaken at the users' own discretion and responsibility.
WeTalk does not guarantee that another user will behave in a particular manner, provide accurate information, respond to messages, remain available or fulfill any expectation created through communication on the platform.
Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information, passwords, financial credentials, authentication codes or other information that could compromise their safety or security.
Users must not use WeTalk to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, scam, exploit or otherwise harm another person. Prohibited activity may result in restrictions, suspension or termination in accordance with applicable platform policies.
05 Host Program Disclaimer
WeTalk may operate a Host Program through which eligible and approved participants can interact with users through supported communication features. Participation in the Host Program is subject to applicable eligibility, verification, review and onboarding requirements.
Submission of a host application does not guarantee acceptance, approval, onboarding, access to all platform features or any particular level of activity.
Host profiles may be reviewed and may be required to satisfy identity, profile, availability or other platform requirements. WeTalk may restrict, suspend or terminate host participation where permitted under applicable policies or where necessary to protect users, the platform or its operational standards.
The Host App is intended to provide approved hosts with tools for managing their host activity and related account information. Access to the Host App does not itself constitute a guarantee of earnings or continued participation.
06 Coins, Earnings & Withdrawals
WeTalk may use a digital coin or wallet system for eligible platform interactions. Coins, wallet balances, earnings and withdrawal records are subject to the rules, eligibility conditions and calculations applicable to the relevant account and platform feature.
Information displayed in a wallet or earning section should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future income, employment, guaranteed compensation or a fixed earning amount. Actual results may vary depending on eligible activity, applicable platform rules, deductions, commissions, verification status and other operational conditions.
A withdrawal request may be subject to applicable eligibility requirements, verification, minimum thresholds, processing procedures, payment-provider limitations and other applicable conditions. Submission of a withdrawal request does not necessarily mean that the requested amount will be immediately transferred.
WeTalk does not guarantee any specific income, number of interactions, number of users, coins, commissions or withdrawal amount for any host, agency or other participant.
07 Availability & Technical Issues
Access to WeTalk may depend on internet connectivity, mobile devices, operating systems, telecommunications networks, servers, hosting infrastructure, payment providers and other technical systems.
Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain platform availability, WeTalk does not guarantee that the website, application, communication services, wallet or other features will always operate without interruption, delay, technical errors, maintenance periods or temporary unavailability.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, infrastructure failures, network problems, software updates, security measures and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect access to the platform.
08 Third-Party Services
Certain parts of the WeTalk experience may depend on third-party technologies, infrastructure, payment processors, communication services, app distribution platforms, hosting providers or other external services.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements and availability limitations. WeTalk cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation, security or availability of services controlled by independent third parties.
Users may therefore be required to comply with applicable third-party terms when using integrations or services provided by external providers.
09 Security & Account Responsibility
WeTalk may use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect platform systems and user information. However, no internet-based service, communication method or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure under every circumstance.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to protect their devices and accounts.
Users should immediately contact WeTalk through the appropriate support channel if they believe their account has been compromised, misused or accessed without authorization.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeTalk will not be responsible for losses, damages, interruptions or consequences arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from a user's unauthorized, unlawful or improper use of the platform.
This includes, where legally permissible, issues resulting from internet connectivity, device failures, third-party services, unauthorized account access, user-generated content, interactions between users, temporary service interruptions, inaccurate information supplied by users or actions taken independently by users.
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or restrict any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

WeTalk may update, modify or replace this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, services, technology, legal requirements, operational practices or other relevant circumstances.
